2022 future maker

Kierra Sheard-Kelly

Iconic and Influential

This GRAMMY® and Stellar Award-winning singer-songwriter-actress is back with a new album dropping April 17 that’s already spun off the genre-blurring hit “Don’t Judge Me,” featuring Missy Elliot. In her biggest acting role yet, Kierra Sheard-Kelly is playing her mother, iconic gospel singer Karen Clark Sheard in the Lifetime biopic, “The Clark Sisters: The First Ladies of Gospel.”

The Dreamer’s Journey

Sheard-Kelly has also found success in the world of fashion, celebrating the fifth anniversary of her Eleven60 fashion line, which is named after her mother’s birthdate and focuses on bringing joy and style to curvy women.

Future Greatness

Although Sheard-Kelly is taking a break from pursuing her master’s degree in clinical psychology, she still helms her mentorship program, SistHER, which helps all women follow their passions and achieve greatness by Dreaming in Black.
