Cyrus is an AT&T technician who does everything from installing fiber-optic high-speed internet for online gamers to assisting business customers with AT&T TV and DIRECTV. He enjoys connecting people, especially during the pandemic. Whether he’s helping students get online so they can continue with their remote education or connecting people who are working from home so they can Zoom, Cyrus believes his job as a front-line worker is important and meaningful.
