AT&T Dream In Black Future Maker contest winner Patrick Rhodes is a community volunteer in Tampa, Florida. He began delivering free meals to local healthcare heroes back in 2020 at the height of COVID19. His first year he provided over 600 free meals to frontline workers. This year his goal is to hand-deliver 2,021 free meals. Patrick strongly believes that small acts of kindness can change the world.
